fishing time

hello everybody who passes by here.i am sorry it has been such a wait.i am ready to start blogging over the long summer of fun.when the summer was ending its long extravaganza i was eager to go fishing. dad and i went down south to Cadiz and stayed there to explore and my favorite part,to fish.at the end of the first day we went to a pond in the camp site.nobody was there so that was good for us.no other lines to get tangled in.we spend about 30 minutes trying to reel in one big bass.he was so tricky.after an hour and a half of trying we went home and spent the night in the motor home.i was so eager to get that darn fish.so i left in the morning at about 800 a.m. and i went after him.he was still there and biting and missing.it was like a game to him.i had a plan.i would play his game and trick him at it.so the next cast i through i felt him tug.so instead of jerkin and reeling like a moron i took it nice and slow. i opened the reel and let him take some so he thought it was real.i did that for about 5 minutes then when the string went stiff i yanked.I GOT HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i was so excited.here he came bursting through logs and mud.fighting for everything he was worth.in the end i came out with victory.he was about one foot long. i got my pocket knife out and cut the lure out of his mouth and threw him back.well that's my story. ask me anything u want.just leave me a comment and i will get back to you.bye.

kites

So now I have had time in my busy schedule to update.Sorry for the big Waite. In school we have been learning about kites.How they fly and achieve thrust and everything else. We have found a plan that would work. We're going to try to make a really cool kite. I've been looking up all different things on how to design a kite.We were split up in groups and were told to figure out how were going to make the kite.Next week we will work on the kites.I think that if we work hard and concentrate on our work, we will be able to pull this off.Also, if you have any ideas on how to make a kite, CONFESS CONFESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lego life

i do allot of things on my past time but i think building with Lego's is one of my favorite sports. i have so many Lego's that we had to get a huge box to fit them all in.when i build with my Lego's, i try to make it look as real as possible.also, i found out that you can race the Lego cars too. my friends and i invented that sport.we all bring over our Lego cars and zip em down the driveway.i use to make Lego cars that would only go maybe half way down the driveway but now that i have been racing and have seen different cars,i know how to make a Lego car look exactly like a real dragster and make it go fast. so know i am just waiting for summer again and i will be ready to race again.maybe this time i can make a car that will go the distance i want it to.

chicken fun

Now that the snow is gone and all the ice has thawed, i decided that I would work at the chicken yard.it went fairly good except for a couple falls and a couple cuts. the chickens were a little jumpy because we had to get rid of the other roosters. So mainly the chickens just sat back and watched me clean up their pen.the ducks were very excited to see that instead of a ice pond that they had a clean pond to swim in. we had also had a hen that was roosting on a nest of eggs.maybe we will have little baby Chiclets.I hope so.


I had also did some work with the horses.we have two horses and their names are Meg and Romeo.Romeo likes to eat his food in a higher position so we came up with a gadget that would be nailed to the stall at a higher position.instead of romeo eating out of the little dish nice and neat,romeo had a different plan.he would put his head in and shove the food to one side and yank the dish all over the place.there was nothing left of the first dish. then this is were i come in. i saw that there was another dish that looked the same as the other one. so i grabbed it, a hammer and a nail and went to work.the horses just sat back and watch me smash every finger one by one. but at the end it was worth it.Romeo had a new food trough and i had accomplished allot of things that day.

A little about me...

My mom is helping me put this blog together. The title tells of my two favorite things. Hunting and drag racing.

I was given the nickname J-blood because when we are tracking deer I'm very good at finding the blood trail. Sorry if that grosses anyone out.

I also love drag racing. I race a junior dragster and run the 1/8 mile in just over 10 seconds.

Another thing I love to do is create with my Lego's. I'm going to try to post often. And am looking forward to making some new friends who like racing, hunting and lego creations.
